Fertility

Nutrition and holistic care can help you connect with your body and boost your fertility. A fertility lifestyle is for anyone is who is actively trying to conceive or is just thinking about conceiving.

I can help you regardless of where you are in your fertility journey. I work with people who want to try a holistic approach first and with people who are trying to improve their chances with IVF or IUI. It takes about 90 days for an oocyte to mature into an egg and be ready for ovulation. It takes three months for sperm cells to fully develop. This is also the right amount of time to make healthy nutrition and lifestyle changes that will increase your chances of conceiving, improving vitality, and well-being.

Fertility issues are caused by deeper internal health factors that need to be addressed before conception can be achieved naturally or with IVF. There are many reasons for experiencing infertility and we will work together to finding the root cause to address your needs specifically.
